Leaving the employees to work at their desired place is believed to be very flexible. In a survey unveiled by Monticello Associates, 30 percent of employees are found very keen to their work because of easy accessibility to their workplace. As compared to the others who have moderate and low access to their workspace, employees with easy access are more enthusiastic, engaged and satisfied.

3. Activity-based work settings are on the rise

In recent years, office works have become so difficult and tiring.
